Book Review: The Happy Hours by Kathryn Leigh Scott

Heart-rending and Inspiring

An uplifting memoir about the Happy Hours and the meaningful journey of creating happiness in difficult times to enjoy every precious moment and make the most of the time we have together. Happy Hours is not about food and drink but about cherishing the treasured memories. She wrote beautifully about being a compassionate caretaker and how to give assistance to preserve dignity and self-respect. This story of how Kathryn Leigh Scott, the author, cared for her husband during his struggle with Progressive Supranuclear Palsy, PSP, is truly touching.
